Shipping
We ship within 1-2 business days, mostly within 1 day. We ship primarily with USPS; to keep pricing as low as possible and given recent rate increases, most items ship Ground Advantage. We are known for fast handling times. However, we are constrained by the hours of operation and holidays of the major carriers.
We generally do not ship outside of the U.S., per agreement with our suppliers and/or regulations of the USDA. We sell all items on our website at Amazon.com. Many items on Amazon.com can be purchased and shipped to many other countries. Alternatively, some customers use Freight Forwarding companies in the US to arrange shipment to other countries.
Payments
Our website only processes payments in US dollars.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please Contact Us with your order number and your reason for returning the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, and may request photos of the product. In most cases, customers bear the responsibility of paying for return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
